1. The ASB System 85 Court is an ASB Squashcourt, which is designed to be a demountable or take down and portable ASB Squash Wall System.

ASB System 85 arrives at the site ready to install. It no longer has to be coated and the surfaces are flat and even.

System 85 was developed for projects which are only rented for a shorter period and also for long distant countries where it is necessary to have short installation time in order to save costs.

2. The ASB walls are filled with silica sand, just like the traditional ASB SquashCourt system 100.

The walls are 85mm thick with the following construction: Two panels coated with melamine resin form the wall element and are kept at distance by vertical profiles.

The cavity between the panels is filled with silica sand after installation. This filling provides the required rebound hardness, that is necessary for squash.

The front wall is 4.9 m high and is made up of three elements, which are all the squash court’s width.

The first joint is at the height of the service line, the second joint is at a height of 4.0 m. A 5 cm out of play line is at the top of every side wall. Every side wall element has a vertical joint.

4. The ASB System 85 Court is demountable, which means that it is ready to use immediately after installation. Installation time is reduced to 2 days per court.

5. Four aluminium columns at the front wall and directly in front of the side walls form the support for the walls and also the ASB security glass back walls.

6. The ASB System 85 Court is also equipped with a height adjustable tin and an ASB freestanding glass back wall and of course the ASB SportsFloor.

7. The surface of the ASB Portable Court is hard, flush and even. The dimensions are in accordance with the international squash court specifications.

8. Nets and head pieces can be supplied and installed at customer’s option.
