Trinidad and Tobago Queens Park Cricket Club
A Sporting Legacy with a Squash Edge
Located in the heart of Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, the Queen’s Park Cricket Club (QPCC) established in 1891 is one of the oldest and most prestigious sports institutions in the Caribbean, renowned for its rich cricketing history and its evolution into a multi-disciplinary athletic hub. Most well known for its impressive Queen’s Park Oval, a historic ground that has hosted countless international matches, the club also features other sports. The club’s Racquet Centre boasts four international-standard squash courts, designed to meet the needs of both competitive players and recreational enthusiasts. This summer, ASB was asked to renovate the squash courts to ensure high end PSA events can be held on the courts. Our crew travelled to the island and installed ASB System40 wall panels along with new height adjustable aluminum tins, the proven renovation method by ASB around the world, preserving the rest of the courts to keep the impact mild and the down time of the courts low.
